I started this blog to record my daily intake of food. I'm hoping that seeing what I eat on a daily basis will strengthen my desire to eat less and find other options to relieve my stress and depression. I also desperately want to lose weight before I hit the 20 mark. I have two years.
Last time I ever was weighed I was 156 pounds I believe. I had my shoes and stuff on at the time. My goal is about 130 or 120. I don't own a scale but I want to be able to drop down two pants sizes and at least wear a dress without the flyaway from the waist.
Let's make this happen.
